Spring in the Amalfi coast brings welcome sunshine. As the tomatoes begin to ripen, the land and the seas are bursting with new seasonal delights. After months of comforting, rich meats and sauces, spring brings with it a lighter appetite, a need for refreshing flavours on the palate, freshly picked artichoke hearts, crisp asparagus and fresh fish.
Our new spring menu is bursting with this fresh sea harvest, tempura fried prawns, crab, a raw seafood platter and lobster; served as either a trio of burgers or with our homemade pasta. No spring menu would be complete without lamb, and at QP LDN this is no exception.
