First made in Puerto Rico back in 1952, with this delightful cocktail is the perfect blend of rum, pineapple and coconut cream, all you’ll be missing here at QP Lounge is the sand between your toes!
How to make it:
Add 6-7 chunks of pineapple to a blender with 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of coconut cream, 50ml of white rum, 50ml of fresh pineapple juice and ice and blend until smooth. Pour the mix into a chilled or ideally frozen sling glass and serve with a chunk of pineapple on the side. Get a summer playlist set up and sit back and enjoy!
